A. Payment can be made online or by

Online payments are, by default,
'recurring' and will
bill automatically in accordance with
the billing plan
that you choose when purchasing. If you
so opt, you
can request that the automatic monthly
billing be
disabled. In that event, you would have to
visit
PayPal on or before each payment "anniversary"
to
manually pay the outstanding invoice. If, at
the time
of purchase, you chose the 'mail-in check'
option,
then you will have to 'schedule' the posting of a
'mail-in' payment, with sufficient lead-time so that the
check arrives in our Office in Grecia, Alajuela, Costa
Rica, prior to the due date of the outstanding invoice.
We
will send a 'reminder' to the e-Mail address on
file, approximately 30 days prior to the invoice 'due
date.'
Q. How do I stop billing?
A. If you wish to close your account
simply e-Mail us
your username, password, and why you

permission
to delete my website and all of it's content."
Q. Where do I send this
e-Mail?

Q. How do I purchase a private
ssl from you and what
type is it?
A. Please e-Mail to do so.

A. We need to activate
the shared ssl manually, on each
site
where it will be required.
Q. I'm going to purchase my own
ssl what do I need to
know?
A. Our servers are Apache
+ Mod SSL. If you require
assistance from us to install it,
there will be a $45.00
installation fee.

A. Every place that sells
ssl's has a different transfer
procedure. You will need to ask the
supplier from
whom
you purchased the ssl.
Subdomains
READ THIS BEFORE
SETTING UP A SUBDOMAIN!
To create a sub domain, cPanel asks for the name you wish to use. MAKE SURE the subdomain name isn't already associated with a folder. If it is, the subdomain will not work. Example... I want to create the subdomain called, 'test.hostgator.com.' My subdomain name is going to be 'test.' If I already have a folder in my ftp file named 'test,' I need to delete it or rename it before I continue with the subdomain creation, OR pick another name for the subdomain.
Q. What is a subdomain?
A. www.domain.com is a
domain name. A subdomain is
anything that replaces the
'www' in a
domain, for
example
'name.forum.aol.com' is a subdomain, but
'www.forum.aol.com' is
not a subdomain.
Q. How do I make sub-domains?
A. To make a sub-domain login to your
control panel
and click "Subdomain" icon.
A Subdomain
maintenance
screen will be displayed, and is rather
self
explanatory.
Addon Domains
READ THIS BEFORE SETTING UP AN ADDON DOMAIN!
You cannot create an addon domain if your dns has not yet proprograted to the server. So after you change the dns for a site you are trying to add, you will need to wait 24-48 hours before attempting to create any addon domains.
There are three fields, cPanel asks for, when creating an addon domain.
"New Domain Name:" Enter the 'newdomain.com.' Do not put "www" in the name!
"Username/directory/subdomain Name:" This will be the folder that cPanel creates in your main accounts ftp. MAKE SURE that the name you give it, isn't already associated with a folder. Example... If you want to give it the username chris. You cannot have a folder in your account named chris already. If you do and still attempt to create the username chris for the addon domain will create a big mess in the NEIGHBORHOOD.
"Password:" fill in any password you want here.
Q. What is an addon domain?
A. An addon domain is a
fully functional domain that
will work out of a folder in your main
sites ftp.
Q. Help! I added an addon domain, why did it say "subdomain added"?!
A. It
creates it as a subdomain by 'places' the folder
within your main sites ftp. Please
ignore this! It is a
fully functional domain name. It is
only called a
subdomain when in fact it is an
addon domain.
